The team
Arianna
Starry eyed social-impact multitasker with a background in NGOs, charities and international development and a tendency to point out the good in the world. Throughout my years of international development and refugee support work, I developed an obsession for social enterprises, seeing them as a pathway for the not-for-profit sector to become more financially sustainable and independent. In November 2019 I set off on a journey across the world to connect, learn from and be inspired by this alternative economy⦠desperate to share the stories with anyone who will listen!

Having been ruminating over (and eternally adding to) an Evernote tab of βbusiness ideasβ never quite finding one that felt βjust rightβ, I had my Goldilocks moment when meeting Ari and having long discussions and recommendations of βfor-purposeβ and βfor-goodβ businesses & the legends behind them. Iβm particularly excited about building (think) enough with a local-focus at a global scaleβ¦ so that when we can travel again, itβs easy to connect and support these businesses no matter where you are in the world. My backgroundβs in tech start-ups and establishing small businesses doing everything from marketing and design to product design and management. I love creating structure from chaos and crafting the perfect playlist.

Caught between the practicalities of modern life and the desire to live ethically, I am a finance professional who has always wanted to do more. In 2020, I had reached a point where I could no longer, in good conscience, ignore everything that is wrong with the world and the problems created by humanityβs incessant need for money & power. Confused about what to do, I had my lucky break when I met Ari at a late Autumn picnic on a beautiful sunny day in Melbourne. With her stories, ideas and experiences, she whisked me off to a land where all humans live prosperous lives, wealth is distributed equitably and our planet is flourishing. There was really no turning back from this dreamβ¦.I set out to create this land with Ari & Nade, and all our amazing, lovely friends who help us. We implore you to come join us on our journey!

As a storyteller and curious thinker, Iβve always been obsessed with ideas that have a good heart and a big impact. After working in commercial start-ups in brand and marketing I couldnβt shake the feeling that I could be using my time and skills to do more for the communities and causes I love. After moving to Melbourne in 2017 I threw myself into the social enterprise and not-for-profit world, working with amazing teams to develop brands, communities and movements. Itβs in one of these teams I met Ari and SinΓ©ad, and I couldnβt refuse the chance to join the team to create something so full of heart, purpose, and possibilities!
Luckily we metβ¦
In Naarm (Melbourne). Thatβs where (think) enough was born.
Together we are on a mission to find those who balance running a successful business that also contributes to a better society. Weβve got a long list of places weβve been and an even longer list of places we want to go. Want to join us?

(think) enough. isnβt just us. It has developed out of the chats, ideas, frustrations, enthusiasm, opinions, love and collaboration of an ever-growing combination of wonderful human beings and organisations.
