Stopped at this colourful place for lunch, sat at a long table, had a chat with a stranger and paid what I felt. Lentil as Anything is a not-for-profit organisation that operates vegan restaurants on a pay as you feel pricing model. You can pay to cover your meal, pay a little extra to cover someone else's or volunteer in the kitchen, as a waitress, as a musician, electrician.. whatever!

Through this beautiful model based on the value of human kindness, @lentil.as.anything is able to provide a warm meal, a safe space and a welcoming community for the more marginalised and vulnerable locals.
