Food again yes, but this wonderful place is so much more than a cafè. @parliamentonking is a cosy living room, a book shop, a place to get coffee or some food. It's an art class, a social space, a place to listen to old records. It's a free training space for refugees settling in Australia who put their cooking or hospitality skills to the test. "It's not work, it's a family!" says the lovely young Syrian girl who makes me coffee and a jaffle. I highly highly suggest going to pay this lovely place a visit!

They are currently busy cooking up soup with love, free to any and all who need it during these tricky times.
